Chef Noha is happy to be able to offer you a choice of healthy dishes inspired by The Sirtfood Diet.
Sirtfoods are a group of plant foods rich in specific nutrients (known as polyphenols) that turn on a powerful recycling process in the body that clears out cellular waste and burns fat. They do this by activating our sirtuin genes, the same genes activated by fasting and exercise, which play a key role in burning fat, improving health and even promoting longevity.
